Owen’s free cultural gifts from the land of totalitarian repression

Culture and the arts are such a high priority for this rabidly (and tackily) materialistic government that we’ve forgotten how Owen Bonnici is also Minister for Culture and not just Minister for Justice.

We haven’t forgotten that Konrad Mizzi is Minister for Health and Energy.

I had missed this last December but found it now when checking through Twitter for tweets from twats. Owen Bonnici has received €300,000 worth of “artistic equipment” for “our Public Cultural Organisations” (nobody ever gave him guidance on when to use capital letters) graciously given by the land of totalitarian repression. There are no further details.
