You will not have forgotten those weird and unexplainable scenes at Girgenti Palace, when the Prime Minister summoned his Health Minister, Godfrey Farrugia, to tell him that he had been removed without ceremony, warning, justification or reason, and that Konrad Mizzi, who already held the burdensome energy portfolio, had been appointed instead of him.
They were about to privatise the hospitals – and as I reported on this website a year ago, the tender process was fraudulent because the arrangement with Oxley was a done deal fixed up ahead.
This video shows Mizzi as he emerges from Girgenti Palace buzzing with excitement at being made health minister on top of his energy portfolio.
