Anthony Busuttil paid a “child recovery agency” to hunt down Larisa Leontieva
Poor Larisa almost made it. She was stopped as she and her son tried to board the train back to her parents’ home in Russia. Anthony Busuttil used his copious funds to pay a ‘child recovery agency’ (made up of former soldiers and similar) to hunt her down. They are advertising him as a “satisfied client” on their Facebook page.
The only way they could have found out that she bought those train tickets is by hacking into her phone or email account.
Larisa, if you are somehow reading this, don’t give up. You have to fight hard and get your son back. He needs you to do that. Anthony Busuttil has dominated the media with his arrogance and his money and by throwing his weight about, but he has attracted very little sympathy and people of goodwill are behind you. If you need funds, logistical support or a pro bono lawyer, please get in touch through this website and through its many and varied readers we’ll somehow get it organised.
You may not think so but Malta is NOT a place where people approve of taking small children away from their mother. Justice will be done but you have to fight that man and not let him bully and threaten you by flaunting his expensive lawyers and his friends in the government to whom he lets or loans flats. And we don’t need to know why you ran away with just the clothes on your back, leaving behind a supposed life of riches and comfort. We weren’t born yesterday, and we can guess.
