This is Muscat’s reply to Busuttil in parliament yesterday. Hard to credit that this is the Prime Minister speaking after just being challenged by the Opposition leader to say what he plans to do about his minister’s asset-holding vehicles in Panama and New Zealand. Pay particular attention to Konrad Mizzi’s weirdly grinning face behind him.
