Mizzi is now saying that after the “tax audit” he will wind down the company. Who is he kidding? The tax audit cannot happen – full stop. And we’ll never know whether he has wound it down, or if he winds it down and promptly sets up another.

If tax commissioners had the power and possibility to audit companies in Panama then Panama would have no reason to exist as a black-listed tax haven.

He can dissolve the company tomorrow and set up another five companies in Panama the day after. All he has to do is give another IBAN number at which to receive his bribe money.

He said there will be full disclosure of the liquidation proceedings. This is more bullshit. In Panama, companies do not even draw up or file annual accounts . What is he going to disclose upon liquidation?

WHERE IS THE OPPOSITION?

Where are all the financial services lawyers – to publicly state that he is talking total nonsense?
