Muscat: Before news broke of chief of staff’s offshore companies

WATCH: Journalists ask Prime Minister Joseph Muscat whether his chief of staff, Keith Schembri, has set up a company in blacklisted Panama. He threatens one with libel and to the other he says aggressively, “I have no idea. Ask him.”

Days later, this website broke the news that Schembri set up a company in offshore tax haven the British Virgin Islands before the general election, and after the election set one up in blacklisted Panama along with Energy and Health Minister Konrad Mizzi.
