India’s Enforcement Directorate moves for extradition of Lalit Modi

The Hindu reportsthat last Tuesday, officers of India’s Enforcement Directorate submitted documents for the extradition from the United Kingdom of Lalit Modi under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
There nis a longer report in The Times of India.
It is unclear, however, whether he is still living in London since his purchase of Maltese citizenship last year.
A judge had earlier issued a non-bailable warrant against Modi, The Hindu says.
