I am informed that senior management at Allied Newspapers are currently in a meeting with their lawyers, and that when the story about the newspaper’s involvement in this sleazy affair was posted on this website, work just stopped in the Allied Newspapers office and people began staring at each other.
Rather than a meeting of senior management and their lawyers, what they need to do is call a meeting of the board of directors and force a confession from the person responsible for dragging the credibility of a once-grand newspaper into the Labour Party’s gutter and for taking graft on major contracts with Kasco Ltd that have left him wide open to criminal investigation and to blackmail by the Prime Minister’s chief of staff.
