Marc Vella Bonnici, whose father Joe heads Identity Malta, has been taken on by Family Minister Michael Farrugia for a position of trust in his private secretariat.
Joe Vella Bonnici had given Minister Farrugia’s girlfriend, Amanda Mifsud, a senior directorship position at Identity Malta for which she is not qualified.
