He’s horrified at what Konrad Mizzi has done – but he’s going to vote for them again

This is Mark Camilleri, the Labour-appointed chairman of the National Book Council (who is so literate and educated that he knows no English). He is utterly horrified at what Konrad Mizzi has done (let’s be thankful for small mercies), but he makes no mention at all of the Prime Minister’s chief of staff, Keith ‘CashCow’ Schembri and anyway, he’s going to vote for them again because they’re the best.
