We are then supposed to believe that his real Malta address is Flat 1, Heliopolis Court near Il-Vecca in St Paul’s Bay.

They haven’t yet joined the dots between his visits to Malta and Malta’s sale-of-passports scheme. And I think somebody should tell them.
