OECD Centre for Tax Policy director says Panama will “remain home for dirty money”

Pascal Saint Amans, director of the Centre for Tax Policy and Administration at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), said last week that Panama will “remain a home for dirty money” if it does not change its position on the automatic exchange of tax information.
