Panama Joe goes to Chatham House

In the thick of the worst corruption scandal to hit Malta since 1987, the Labour Party’s television station is particularly keen to tell us how the Prim Ministru Malti Joseph Muscat made a zjara storika to Chetim Hawzz (Chatham House, London).

It’s particularly historic, apparently, because ‘Deyfitt Cumneronn’ spoke there too, as did Hil-AHRRRR-y Clin-Tinn – so some of their magic stardust must have rubbed off on him.
