The Prime Minister’s chief of staff is a brazen and self-serving liar. The more he, his boss the Prime Minister and Health & Energy Konrad Mizzi lie, the worse they are going to look when the documentation is published.
At this point, they don’t know what’s available and what will become available, so their best course of action, if they must insist on hanging on to the cliff-face by their finger-nails, is to tell the truth or stay silent.
