They cut the wage bill of ‘privatised’ corporations by dumping staff elsewhere on the public payroll

This is so disgusting. So that China won’t have to pay the wages of these men, they took them off the Enemalta Corporation payroll and dumped them elsewhere – still on the public payroll and doing jobs for which they are over-qualified.
The head of state alone, who wishes us to believe that she is so good and correct, has taken on 40 of them in what can only be described as a corrupt and abusive move.
Forty additional staff at the Palace? What is she running there – Downton Abbey?
