Is this the IP number for Dar Malta or Cyrus Engerer’s flat?

Abusive comments are being posted on this website under the name of Sixxx Dogggg from the following IP number. The same person is writing to international media where I am quoted on the matter of the Panama Papers revelations to say that they are damaging their credibility by quoting me because I am 1. a bad person, 2. Simon Busuttil’s spokesperson, 3. an endless repetition of the Labour Party’s propaganda about me.
Similar comments are posted on the blog run by the Prime Minister’s aide, Glenn Bedingfield, under the same name.
