Neil Chenoweth of The Australian Financial Review is a three-time winner of Australia’s most coveted journalism award. He is one of Australia’s best forensic business journalists and a world authority on the public and hidden worlds of the Murdoch business empire.
Yet the Maltese prime minister’s chief of staff, Keith Schembri, would have us believe that Chenoweth is incapable of sorting through a bunch of emails and company details and working out what he and his partner, Konrad Mizzi, are up to.
Schembri and Mizzi really are from the backwoods. It’s painfully embarrassing.
