On 20 April last year, Prime Minister Joseph Muscat, Deputy Prime Minister Louis Grech, the Prime Minister’s aide Glenn Bedingfield, the Prime Minister’s chief of staff Keith Schembri, and Harold Walls, the ex General Workers Union man and this government’s appointee to the chair of the Industrial Tribunal, were at Rome airport. They all took the flight back to Malta, except for Keith Schembri, who flew alone to Baku in Azerbaijan.
