Konrad Mizzi wants us to know that he is cool and relaxed about the Panama Papers

The Minister of Health and Energy was at the national stadium last Saturday watching the match between the team he supports, Hibernians, and Balzan. He entered the stadium with his father and another two men, glad-handing people while they slapped him on the back and egged him on.
His father, Lawrence Mizzi formerly of Air Malta and a lifelong friend of the deputy Prime Minister (Louis Grech, in case you need reminding) is the man in the striped shirt. He was appointed chairman of Industrial Projects and Services Ltd by the incoming Labour government early in 2013.
