There is no “international audit”, just as there was no “draft declaration of assets”
There’s an article in the Times of Malta today which makes it quite clear that there is no “international audit” of Konrad Mizzi’s affairs and no “international reputable company” doing it.
Now that we have got this major lie out of the way, will members of the press please do the next obvious thing and chase the Prime Minister and his favourite minister for that “draft declaration of assets” which they spoke about back in February when the news of Mizzi’s Panama company and New Zealand trust first broke.
Had it truly existed, it would have been shown to us then. But it didn’t exist, because there is no such thing as a draft declaration of assets.
If journalists press them hard enough to see it now, we might be lucky and find ourselves looking at the equivalent of Chris Cardona’s Portomaso flat lease agreement.
