Obnoxious Noddy ignores the children as they turn to salute him

This picture was taken at the annual Scouts Parade on St.George’s Day, last week. Six thousand boys and girls practised and rehearsed for this parade, only to be met with Justice Minister Owen Bonnici’s complete indifference and obnoxious rudeness. He spent most of his time engrossed in his phone as the children marched past.

Of course, this is made worse by the fact that he was not a mere spectator but standing with the dignitaries, next to the head of state, which means that he was part of the group that the children had been trained to turn and salute as they walked past. And they found the Minister for Janice on his phone, doing exactly what their parents tell them not to do.
