PANAMA PAPERS: Konrad Mizzi’s and Keith Schembri’s cuttings file

Well, a little bit of it, anyway – I had to give up in the end. But I thought I would help out Lindsey Gambin, the Health and Energy Minister’s communications consultant – whose job it is to keep track of his press – because she must be terribly busy at the moment. The head of government communications, Kurt Farrugia, last November shipped in a man from Saatchi & Saatchi to tell us that the coverage for Malta stemming from the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting was worth at least €5 million. He might consider bringing him back again to tell us how much all this fabulous free news coverage is worth in terms of publicity for Malta.
