When Keith Schembri said he would sue, then didn’t

On 28 February, when the story was still just breaking, Keith Schembri threatened to sue the Opposition leader for libel. But then he never did.
Back then, he thought that nobody could possibly have any documented proof of his companies in Panama and the British Virgin Islands, and his trust in New Zealand, and so it would be safe to sue. Then he began to realise that maybe it wouldn’t be such a great idea.
