There’s something VERY wrong with this man, and it’s not just corruption

When I say that public life in Malta is jam-packed with psychologically dysfunctional men, I’m not joking. Think about it. Think about just how many there are. This man is clearly not normal, and it’s not just because he’s corrupt. He’s completely weird – there’s definitely something not right there. There’s something seriously, but seriously, wrong.
