This photograph shows Deborah Schembri, the Parliamentary Secretary for Lands and not even technically a member of the cabinet (she is not a minister, but answers to Lands Minister Joseph Muscat), getting paid-for VIP treatment at Schiphol airport in Amsterdam this morning. She travelled on Air Malta flight KM394.
What sort of official business would somebody with a lands portfolio have in the Netherlands?
