I reserve judgement on this. All I have to say is that the last thing typical Maltese men need is reinforcement of their attitude, by the transport authorities.
And why do I assume that it’s conceived by men and aimed primarily at men? Well, come on – do you have any doubt? Most women who drive are mothers themselves, which means that their primary concern is not their mother but their children.
