Joe Bannister is up to something with the Prime Minister

The Labour Party’s propaganda outfit uploaded this video interview with Ira Losco immediately after she met the Prime Minister today (post-Eurovision Summit). Aside from the fact that Miss Losco seems to have taken criticism of her tacky Eurovision dress very seriously and has turned up dressed like a nun, the interesting thing about this video is the background in the opening few seconds.

The long-term chairman of the Malta Financial Services Authority, Joe Bannister, is seen coming up the stairs to be greeted by head of government communications and main aide to the Prime Minister, Kurt Farrugia, and shown in to the offices.
