Update Monday morning: The Prime Minister is in Istanbul for the World Humanitarian Summit
The Prime Minister and his corrupt chief of staff, Keith Schembri, are flying to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines this evening at 1855hrs.
Turkish Airlines flies from Istanbul to Baku, which means that they may be in transit to that destination. The Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister, Konrad Mizzi, flew to Baku with Turkish Airlines via Istanbul several days ago, returning by the same route last Monday.
