Judging by the Malta operation’s self-confessed lax attitude towards the production of information reports for highly politically exposed persons, who then use them to restructure secret offshore companies for money-laundering and other covert purposes, it seems a good look at the system is in order here too. Except, of course, for the fact that I don’t believe those two information reports, for the Prime Minister’s chief of staff and the man who takes care of his business, are real ones produced through the proper channels.
