This is Cheng Chen

This is Cheng Chen, the Chinese citizen for whom Brian Tonna set up a secret offshore company in the British Virgin Islands, Torbridge Services Ltd, in May 2013. He is a director at Accenture, the consulting firm which has been retained by the Chinese government’s power company to facilitate the entry of Shanghai Electric Power in the European market.

The photograph in Malta Today’s story yesterday was not the correct Cheng Chen, and the same story wrongly described him an engineer with Shanghai Electric Power. It is important to clarify this lest the other individual be put at risk, given that this is a totalitarian state we are talking about.
