All I can say is this: it pays to corrupt the Labour Party

Towers of this kind do not just destroy the town in which they are built. They also destroy the nature of the small Mediterranean island on which they are built, changing it permanently for the worse.

Malta is being destroyed for us all so that a few greedy people who never know when enough is enough can carry on collecting money to protect themselves against starvation in the grave for the next 1,000 years, or to protect their children, grandchildren and great-children from the calamitous necessity of ever having to do anything remotely worthwhile with themselves.

The corrupt and the sleazy will be corrupt and sleazy under every government. If they are not compromising the Nationalist government’s finance minister by inviting him to a football match and taking him there with them in a private plane, they are fixing deals for power stations and five towers with the corrupt Labour Party in Opposition, and working to ensure the election of that corrupt party so that their crooked deals come to fruition.

A plague on both their houses – and no, I don’t mean the political parties. It is not possible for political parties to be corrupt unless people like this corrupt them.
