Kink tas-Sawt shopping at Tal-Lira in Zejtun

Silvio Parnis, who receives a salary and perks as chairman of another of the government’s let’s-keep-him-happy vehicles, the ‘Consultative Council for the South of Malta’, was happily absorbed shopping at Tal-Lira in Zejtun earlier this afternoon.
