Christian ‘Chris’ Cardona, Malta’s Minister for the Economy, took time out from his day, evening and night job of drinking at the Stable Bar, Hugo’s Lounge and Level 22, to spend an hour at the Chamber of Commerce in Valletta, where he gave a speech about a topic which is entirely mysterious to him: doing business with Libya and Germany.

I would have liked to be there for question-time, but perhaps the audience was kind.
