More corruption: Civil Liberties Minister puts son’s girlfriend on the state payroll

Civil Liberties Minister Helena Dalli has put her son Luke’s girlfriend, Rachel Debono, on the state payroll as a ‘person of trust’ in her secretariat.
I reported earlier today that Luke Dalli has himself been corruptedly appointed to the post of ‘legal officer’ at the Malta Arts Council.
Helena Dalli’s son Luke and his girlfriend Rachel Debono have both been given corrupt appointments on the state payroll.
