Health Minister at the airport gym while bodies burn and hospital goes into emergency overdrive

When news of the plane crash broke this morning, Chris Fearne, the Health Minister, tweeted that a “psychological support helpline” had been set up – presumably for those who were traumatised by the sight, for all others are dead and their families elsewhere.

But at 8.45am I got an email:

I  am currently at the Sky Spirit gym at Sky Parks (note to readers: this is the gym at the airport), and all everyone is talking about is the plane crash that just happened and that five people have burned alive.  

But His Excellency The Most Honourable Minister of Health is right here next to us, cool as a cucumber, happily going about his daily workout with complete nonchalance.

Fifteen minutes later, I got another email:

The useless git is now taking a shower.
