Taghna Lkoll: another overpaid job created for the boys

Running Malta Industrial Parks must be so very taxing. It fully justifies paying this Taghna Lkoller – who joined the infamously run Malta Council for Science and Technology in 2013 – far, far more than the top civil servants who head Malta’s most important departments.
