Three shady government spivs trying to look like the Russian mafia

Would any proper Commissioner of Police tolerate a situation in which one of his police inspectors behaves like this? Aside from the obvious reasons why he shouldn’t be there at all, he’s breaking the law on two counts: three people on the front seat and none of them, including the police inspector, wearing a seat belt.

P.S. Police Inspector Sandro Camilleri still lives with his mummy. And then they say that kind of thing is no reflection on a man’s character. I’d say the public evidence is to the contrary.
