Due diligence report “urged Partners Healthcare not to engage with” Vitals/Harvard University considering legal action for “illegal claims” about its involvement in Gozo hospital

I have received further information from the same source who sent me the agreement between Vitals Global Healthcare and Partners Healthcare International of Boston, Massachusetts.

The due diligence report on VGH, prepared for Partners Healthcare International, is not the same one you had on your website in May, but it reached the same conclusions about Vitals. It urged Partners Healthcare not to engage with this group of people.

But Minister Mizzi’s letter to Partners Healthcare ‘certified’ that the Malta government rates VGH as qualified to operate Malta’s public hospitals for 30 years. That was before they signed the concession agreement. They wanted VGH to get ‘medical muscles’ before being introduced publicly. At that time, VGH was just two people.

VGH and the Malta government have also misrepresented Harvard University as being engaged for the Malta hospitals project. This is a big fraud and an illegal claim that may have serious consequences. It is very sensitive subject here in Boston, where the matter is being reviewed for legal action.
