Man with whom Konrad Mizzi signed hospitals contract now holed up at Hilton Podgorica with Malta’s consul in Montenegro

Ram Tumuluri, the front man for Vitals Global Healthcare and the man with whom Konrad Mizzi signed the contract to hand over three of Malta’s public hospitals – when he had already ceased to be Health Minister – is currently holed up at the Hilton in Montenegro’s capital, Podgorica, with Tiziano Mousu, Malta’s honorary consul in that country, and with others from Vitals Global Healthcare.
