Mark Pawley, the shady British operator who claims – through his shyster mouthpiece Ram Tumuluri; he stays invisible himself – to be the ultimate beneficial owner of the company that will operate Malta’s public hospitals – is on the travel/friends network portal Wayn, claiming to be a “Singaporean male”.
He’s using the only publicly available photograph of himself.
