Oxley Group site is dormant; last update was six years ago

The web portal for Oxley Group, the Singaporean outfit that will be taking over Malta’s public hospitals through a complicated tangle of offshore companies hidden by a shyster frontman who was head of housekeeping in a British Columbia motel before bankrupting an inn and a lakeside lodge, is completely dormant.
The last news update was in December 2010, six years ago. The portal itself is antiquated and uses the design and technology of several years ago that makes it slow to load and difficult to navigate and read.
