Ram Tumuluri’s company “dissolved for non-compliance” by Canada’s regulatory authorities

Ayurcare International Inc, registered in Tofino, British Columbia, Canada, of which Ram Tumuluri and his wife Sonya Tumuluri were shareholders and directors, was dissolved by the regulatory authorities for non-compliance on 14 April 2012. The company had been set up on 15 May 2008 and had trade for just three years before declaring bankruptcy.

During its three years of existence, it never met its mandatory annual filings (the documents companies are obliged to file every year, including company accounts, at Companies House or the relevant companies registry). Because of this, the company was forcibly dissolved by the authorities, this being a separate issue to the bankruptcy.

The company’s registered address and that Ram Tumuluri was a post office box at 201 Main Street, Tofino, British Columbia.
