Vitals has a CEO, but Ram Tumuluri signs and speaks on its behalf

Vitals Global Healthcare has a CEO, Armin Ernst, who has to be winkled out by the media for comments. In ordinary practice, it is the CEO who signs for the company and speaks on its behalf, but it’s Ram Tumuluri who is signing contracts with the Malta government, fronting for Vitals with the media, and negotiating in Montenegro on the company’s behalf.
