Elena Zammit Lewis retreats to home turf – but parking well is for the little people

Elena Zammit Lewis (Mrs ED ZL) went down to Sliema today – home turf, feeling safe, but with major risk of bumping into Angela F – to do a spot of Christmas shopping and have a bit of lunch (but only a bit, because ED ZL is big enough for the two of them).

But why bother with all that hassle of driving into a multi-storey car park, struggling to find a slot, battling your way out, battling your way back, PAYING, then trying to remember where you left your car? That’s for the little people. Mrs Ministers get to leave their car any which way on the road.

Maybe this is her way of making it clear that she needs a chauffeur and a government-funded car, like Mrs Muscat, that inferior person from the government housing estate in Nigret. People who grew up in requisitioned houses in the best part of Sliema deserve much better.
