His Majesty Noddy the First of Malta is now “receiving” people

How far up themselves can these people possibly get? Malta’s Justice Minister, Owen ‘Noddy’ Bonnici, is now tweeting about the people he receives.

I think he may have been a little taken by his visit to Pope Francis, and hasn’t yet worked out that only heads of state receive people.

All others simply meet them.
