The Minister for the Economy: drunk in louche company again last night

This photograph was uploaded here twice in the early hours of the morning, in what one assumes to be real time, by one Joanne Agius, a denizen of the lower reaches of Valletta. Her favourite friends include, as do the Minister for the Economy’s, a certain Mazzola Gafa, a shady character from her home-town, who for the past several years has been living in Brazil and London.

The picture was uploaded and taken down, uploaded again then taken down again – but not before somebody spotted it, took some screenshots, and sent it in.
