Muscat had no choice but to speak because his chief of staff is at the state general hospital

I have just discovered why the Prime Minister grudgingly admitted today that his chief of staff is “receiving therapy”. Information has reached me now that Keith Schembri is at the state general hospital, Mater Dei, undergoing tests and treatment until tomorrow. The Prime Minister obviously knows that, unlike in clinics in Rome, London, and the United States, his chief of staff will be immediately identifiable and recognised at hospital in Malta.
