Christian HardOnA even lied about his constituency vote

The Minister for the Economy’s competitive streak – not that it’s a good idea to talk about streaks and streaking around a man like that – was out in force last night on Saviour Balzan’s apologist-for-the-government show on TVM last night.

“I get the same number of votes as you do if not more,” he said to Beppe Fenech Adami (they stand for election on the same district).

Let’s give him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he wasn’t deliberately lying. Perhaps he’d spent his three-hour lunch break at the Stable before the show was recorded.
