Government tottering on the brink of insanity: Prime Minister’s aide now suggests that I murdered somebody and live in fear that it will be revealed
The Opposition leader said in Sliema this morning that what people most want now is to live in a normal country again. He is so right. The criminals in government are now tottering on the brink of insanity. This morning, the Prime Minister’s aide, Glenn Bedingfield, who has a desk in the Prime Minister’s Office and travels with the Prime Minister on family holidays, has written a piece implying that I murdered somebody, that I live in fear that it will be revealed, and that when it is finally revealed, all those who stood up for me will be fraught by shame.
Make that criminally insane. This is what they do to journalists who report on their corruption, and who discover that the Economy Minister visited a brothel in Germany and then lied about it. Is this a normal country? Of course it isn’t. Is this a normal government? Yes, if this were Azerbaijan or Uzbekistan.
This is a reaction to the Hobson’s choice the corrupt criminals now face: to have Chris Cardona admit now that he is lying, and then resign, or have him commit perjury in court and face a prison sentence for that grave crime.
Jeffrey Archer spent four years in prison for lying under oath about the fact that he went with a prostitute, Cardona. Admit your lies now before you are forced to turn your mere lies and brothel escapades into an actual crime that will on conviction lead to loss of your professional warrant, your seat in parliament and your barring from public office.
Meanwhile, here is the criminally weird Glenn Bedingfield, this morning, suggesting that I committed murder and that those who stand by me will feel ashamed when the murder I have committed is revealed.
