Labour Party activist Ian Castaldi Paris shows interest in Wardija villa with extensive gardens
An old Wardija villa with extensive gardens, currently in the possession – though not the ownership – of Marie Angelique Caruana, a one-time personality and writer of lurid novels, has been put on the market.
It is being promoted by a real-estate agent on Facebook, and the first person to ask for the price and further details is Labour Party activist Ian Castaldi Paris, a notary who shares an office with former Labour Party candidate Chris Cilia.
I tried several times to ring Dr Castaldi Paris to ask him whether he is interested in the country estate for himself, and if so, how he can afford to pay for it, or whether he is making enquiries on behalf of a third party who prefers not to show his interest. But his mobile phone transfers automatically to the office he shares with Dr Cilia, which is currently closed for the weekend.
